Part future, part world tour. You ride inside Spaceship Earth in the morning, then eat your way around 11 countries in World Showcase by afternoon. It's the most relaxed full day at Disney World, if you pace it right.

EPCOT is laid out in neighborhoods at the front of the park, plus World Showcase around the lagoon at the back.
The front of the park: Spaceship Earth, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, Test Track, Soarin' Around the World, The Seas with Nemo & Friends, and Living with the Land.
11 country pavilions around the lagoon: Mexico, Norway, China, Germany, Italy, the American Adventure, Japan, Morocco, France, the United Kingdom, and Canada, each with its own food, shops, and entertainment.
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure in France and Frozen Ever After in Norway are two of the most popular family rides in the park, and they're an easy walk apart.
Most of the year EPCOT hosts a festival: Food & Wine, Flower & Garden, Festival of the Arts, or Festival of the Holidays, with extra food booths, gardens, and live music included with your park ticket.
An indoor roller coaster and EPCOT's biggest thrill. It spins and launches in reverse, amazing for older kids and adults, too intense for some younger riders.
Shrink to the size of a rat in France, then ride through Arendelle in Norway. Two of the best family rides anywhere at Disney World.
A hang-gliding flight over world landmarks, and a chance to design a concept vehicle and test it at speed. Both work well for a wide range of ages.
Not a ride, but it's what many families remember most. Sharing small plates country by country turns dinner into the activity.

I'll help you pick the rides, the festival dates, and where to eat, and sequence it so the day never feels rushed.
