Anaheim, California. The original Disney park Walt built, plus Disney California Adventure, three resort hotels, and Downtown Disney, all within walking distance of each other. A more compact, often easier Disney trip than Florida.

Two parks facing each other across a plaza, you can walk between them in minutes, which changes the whole rhythm of the trip.
The 1955 original: Sleeping Beauty Castle, Main Street, U.S.A., Fantasyland, New Orleans Square, Adventureland, Frontierland, Tomorrowland, Mickey's Toontown, and Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.
Avengers Campus, Cars Land, Pixar Pier, Grizzly Peak, and Hollywood Land, plus the World of Color nighttime show over Paradise Bay.
Radiator Springs Racers, the Incredicoaster, Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT!, WEB SLINGERS, and classic versions of Pirates of the Caribbean and Haunted Mansion.
Disney's Grand Californian has its own entrance into California Adventure. The Disneyland Hotel and Pixar Place Hotel, plus many Good Neighbor hotels, are all an easy walk away.

I’d plan it the same way I plan Walt Disney World: pick the one or two things that matter most to your family each day, build around those, and let the rest be a bonus.
Disneyland’s advantage is size. The two parks sit right across from each other, so hopping between them actually works the way people imagine it does in Florida. A shorter trip can still feel full without feeling rushed.
What I wouldn’t do is take a Walt Disney World plan and shrink it. Different park, different rhythm, and it deserves its own plan.
Tell me your dates and who's traveling, and I'll compare the California trip honestly against Florida for your family.
